The Victorian government has announced that dentists in metropolitan Melbourne will move to ADA Level 2 dental restrictions from 28 September, and to Level 1 dental restrictions from 26 October. This means that dentists will be able to resume non-urgent procedures including routine examinations, restorative treatment and orthodontic care according to the Level 2 dental restriction guidelines.
At Box Hill DentalCare For All Dentist, we are committed about the health and well-being of all our patients and staff
With the easing of restrictions to Level 2 as of Monday, 28th September 2030, we are very pleased to advise that we will be recommencing some of our dental and orthodontic services.
Our focus will be on patients who are currently in active treatment as well as patients who require timely consultations and assessments. We will resume non-urgent procedures including routine examinations, restorative treatment and orthodontic care.
If you have a dental emergency, or are unsure what entails an emergency, then please contact the surgery on 03 9897 1174 or 0480 237 214. Because of our reduced hours, if you are unable to contact us, please leave us a voicemail with a clear contact phone number. We will get back to you on the same day and assess your emergency and will see you if necessary.
